Feelings give you intense inspiration to meditate and merge with the Light, as the moth throws itself into the flame because it feels joy. If you just go on thinking, neither are you inspired nor do you feel love. It is through loving joy that you offer yourself unto God—mind, might and soul. It is a clear-cut, loving plunge with no afterthought or back-thought, no reservations or resistance even underneath. You feel blessed and privileged to be able to do this. At the level of meditation, mind has transcended thinking. Logic cannot help you. But after you become Light, logic can justify surrender in a very forceful manner. When you have seen the Light there is no doubt left, no rethinking or objections. To those who have seen even one ray of that Light, the whole universe becomes pale, what to say of full Illumination! With that Light you are becoming One. It takes away all fears, insecurities, sadness, depression, sorrow or ignorance and leaves you fully satisfied.
      Put your whole mind, might and soul unto it—I am what I am totally unto Thee—and then the feelings will come up. When pure feelings awaken, you will shed tears—genuine tears that come from purity of heart, purity of feeling. They relax you, nourish you and wash you. You will feel sublime. There will be no way that you could be mean to anyone the next day. It transforms your life. When full Illumination comes, there are no words. You are That. Who did it, what part did grace play, what practices you did—the whole account book is thrown away. When wealth is unlimited, which accounts are you going to keep? It is an inexhaustible ocean of Light. When you have experienced infinity and eternity, what can you calculate? It is all pervading.
