HY SHOULD UNCONDITIONAL LOVE be so satisfying? Because you are coming back to where you started. The creation began in Love. The tree grows and gives shade naturally; it does not project or decide to give shade. Does the sun shine to give sunshine to miserable humanity or because it loves us? Neither. It is the sun’s natural radiation to shine. That is why the greatest Enlightened Beings and the Prophets are the embodiment of Love. They could not avoid it. It is not because they hit upon the idea of loving all people as their own souls. You cannot go from Absolute Realization to anything but loving all irrespectively. Why would Buddha or Jesus feel the miseries of mankind? Why Krishna, the great warrior, occultist and conquerorHe could have done anything He wanted, and He didis known as the God of Love? Such Beings do not merely love usthey are Love embodied. Love is their radiation, their natural state.
      This Love is so satisfying, so fulfilling, that there is no difference between that and the highest wisdom. The acme of wisdom is also Love. It cannot be anything else. Wisdom and Love are inseparable. But this Love that I am touching, as far as language goes, does not need wisdom. When you reach this realization of Love, you are simple, childlike and natural. Does it cancel any wisdom, formulas or yogas?

No, it is all together, in everything. If my wisdom did not have Love conjoining with it, I do not think anything I say could make sense or attract you. Once you realize this, you will see the irony of preaching, "God loves you." God could not do otherwise. He and we exist because of Love. I would not call it Hindu love or Christian love or Buddhist love. Whosoever is selfless and unconditionally loving, you will see that even though they may have no interest in the worldthey are not attached to a single thingthey will still be loving. It is not that they project Love, it is their natural unfoldment.
      Normally in today’s world, unless you say, "I love you," nobody understands that you love him or her. But this Love you do not need to express. It is just there. You feel it as a radiation that attracts, a vibration. And this Love will make you fully wise, fully knowing. When we see photographs of sages such as Ramana Maharshi, we see that Love in their eyes, beyond any human feeling or affection. Why do we tell God, "I love You"He Who is Himself Love? Human love is a very pale reflection of that ultimate relationship of you and your Spirit, you and your God. This is where you have to reach. When Vedavyas came back to that Love, he would weep for God. Before that he was a highly meditative sage, like the Himalayan peaks. But now he wept. He was fully purified, fulfilled.
