Look at each thing and situation in itself and stay poised on that. This is called concentration. When you do that, you get awakened. This does not need very high-class meditation. Just try to be present with the situation as you are, whatever it is. Whether you receive bad news or good news, just face it. This is the way you will one day understand, I'm giving you a third click point now, that fear is simply an imaginary ghost, not a reality. In the beginning it may be difficult for you to see this, but it will prove to be so. And then you may laugh at yourself, "I was afraid for nothing. This is so easy." You can include in this any fear of adverse conditions, hostile conditions, negative conditions and losses. You will eventually see that fear was just your imagination. This may sound abstract but we have practiced it for decades and know it is true. Fear is fictitious; it is not tangible. It seems tangible because of your ignorance and darkness, because you are not facing the Truth.
      Fear comes out of untruth. As long as you are facing the Truth, you will not be afraid. In other words, if you want to get rid of fear, you have to be truthful, because Truth is synonymous with Light. That means there is no darkness. You have to go by the Way, not haphazardly, any way you want. If you want to have things as you wish in the world and not get afraid, it is impossible! Truth shall make you free. Not only free of fear, but of total ignorance. These things go together.

E SURE GOD IS ALWAYS HELPING YOU. We do not receive His help only because we avoid or escape. The forces of falsehood create fear. This sounds philosophical but it is a very practical formula. Are you afraid of a wrathful God? I simply say: God is Love too. Why are you afraid of God? As long as you do not love Him, you are going to be afraid. You cannot avoid loving God and at the same time be courageous and bold. That means the answer is: be more loving. Then you will not be afraid. Where there is Truth, there is Light. Where there is Light, there is Love. Be more loving, you will not be afraid. Be truthful, you will not be afraid. If you are untruthful, you cannot love. And if you cannot be truthful and loving, you cannot see the Light. Boldness and fearlessness are the inseparable companions of truthfulness.
      Come to that Truth Consciousness. Develop that awareness. Look whatever it is in the face, including yourself. Do not think outside of you only, please. That is a great trick of the mind. Look at your own mind also, very clearly. If you cannot see it, you are avoiding or escaping. You have to face it, if not in this birth, then in the next birth. So when I say, face the situation, it means within you too. Probably that is more important. When you face your mind, you are being bold, and if you are bold, you will follow the Truth. If you are avoiding your mind, you are going to be afraid. It will haunt you.
