Orders may be completed online using our secure PayFuse credit card processor. You may also phone in your Master Card or Visa order to 520-743-8821 from 9am to 5pm M.S.T. Monday to Friday, 9am to 12am M.S.T. Saturday. Orders may also be faxed or mailed with our mail-in order form. If you elect to use the mail-in order form, please assemble your order online and then print the form and fax or mail it to the address below along with current credit card information or payment in U.S. funds.

 US Domestic sent via Priority Mail: 1-5 issues $5.00, 6-9 issues $9.00, 10 and up $11.00.
International Orders: Standard USPS international air mail rates based on weight and distance.


Registered mail suggested on overseas orders. Adds $7.50 for registration.
Priority Mail (for USA shipping only) increases shipping by 30%
